The Head of Vendor Management and Outsourcing is responsible for defining and executing the Bank’s vendor strategy framework and leading end-to-end commercial, contractual, and regulatory vendor management activities. The role acts as the Finance-led control tower across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring financial discipline, contractual control, and regulatory compliance while optimizing vendor value and supporting outsourcing decisions. Your next challenge: Define and maintain vendor segmentation (strategic / critical / commodity) and steer the vendor portfolio. Act as the Outsourcing Activity Manager and represent the Bank towards the Regulator on outsourcing. Support outsourcing and make-or-buy decisions and monitor vendor concentration and exposure. Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, benchmarking and value realization for vendor spend. Establish and maintain comprehensive reportings, leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights. Lead contract negotiation, lifecycle management, renewal and commercial governance. Act as primary commercial face to vendor and manage relationships with strategic vendors and group entities. Ensure compliance with DORA, EBA and CSSF requirements and maintain outsourcing register. Establish end-to-end vendor lifecycle governance and coordinate with CIO, Procurement, Legal and Risk. Lead change management initiatives related to vendor and outsourcing processes, and educate internal stakeholders on best practices, regulatory requirements, and risk awareness. Foster a culture of continuous learning, provide mentoring and coaching to team members, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. Maintain strong first‑line operational risk controls by overseeing vendor, facility and infrastructure processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and escalating operational or safety risks.
