SEO Team Lead DigiTech Marketing is expanding, and we are searching for a performance-driven SEO Team Lead to enhance our online presence and drive our growth. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key member of our Digital Team, leading our established SEO team and reporting directly to stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing content planning, traffic analysis, web analytics, and keyword strategy. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Responsible for managing the campaign budget and empowered to make final decisions regarding off-page link-building Plan and execute the off-page SEO strategy Implement and manage the SEO strategy to attain improved rankings and increase organic traffic Stay abreast of current SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure effective implementation and optimization strategies Undertake and implement detailed SEO backlink audits Expand into new SEO channels/opportunities Reporting - traffic, link, ranking and ROI analysis Main Requirements: At least 5 years of hands-on technical SEO experience, preferably in gambling/sports betting verticals Experience in international markets (strong advantage) Experience working with a variety of SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and CMS such as WordPress Experience in leading a team consisting of 5 to 10 individuals Knowledge of schematic SEO and topical clusters Understanding the difference between International and local SEO Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a dynamic environment What We Offer: Fun and creative work environment Competitive salary for your skills and expertise Smart casual dress code All the tech gear you need to work smart Performance-based bonuses on 6 month KPIs Annual salary re-evaluation Transition to a Hybrid Model upon completion of your onboarding process This position requires full-time, on-site employment in Nea Smyrni, Athens, Greece, until the completion of the onboarding process.
