About Us We are a performance-driven team working on the traffic side of iGaming. We drive quality traffic to casino and betting products and build long-term partnerships with products and affiliate networks. We are growing and looking for a teammate to strengthen our partnership direction. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proactive Business Development / Partnership Manager with iGaming experience from the traffic side. You will find new partners, negotiate deal terms, and keep our partner accounts running smoothly. Please note: this is not an Affiliate Manager role on the casino side. We work from the traffic side, offering our traffic to products and networks. About You You understand how traffic deals work in iGaming and know how to turn a conversation into an agreed partnership. You are structured, comfortable in negotiations, and careful with numbers, reconciliations, and payouts. What Awaits You - Direct impact on traffic volume and revenue - A team that understands the iGaming traffic side - Clear tasks and transparent processes - Opportunity to grow into BD Manager / Head of Partnerships Requirements - Business development experience in iGaming from the traffic side: arbitrage team, webmaster, or agency - Own base of contacts among products and affiliate networks - Understanding of deal models and terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, baseline, caps, hold - English B2 Nice to Have - Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and partner dashboards - Understanding of key iGaming GEOs and traffic sources Responsibilities - Reach out to products and affiliate networks and offer our traffic - Negotiate terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, baseline, caps, hold) and pass the agreed details to the internal team - Manage partner dashboards: statistics, reconciliations, and payouts Language Requirements English: B2 – Upper-Intermediate
