STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) Position : Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Work Set-Up: WFH with twice per month site visits due to urgent tasks or team calibration Office Location: Makati, Philippines Schedule : Night Shift (US Timezone) We are looking for a Healthcare Quality Assurance Analyst for Healthcare Systems (NASCO/EPIC). The Quality Assurance Engineer will be an expert with different widely used US healthcare claims processing and administration software. Primarily used by health insurance companies, healthcare providers, and payers for managing claims, billing, enrollment, benefits, and provider data. As a Senior QA Analyst , you will lead comprehensive quality assurance initiatives for enterprise-level applications and serve as a testing subject matter expert. You will design advanced testing strategies, conduct complex system validations, and ensure quality standards across multiple projects and platforms. Your role involves leading risk assessment activities, establishing testing best practices, and providing technical leadership to QA team members. You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, manage testing deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and team capabilities while ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing requirements. Responsibilities Lead complex testing initiatives and coordinate testing across multiple projects. Design comprehensive test strategies and testing approaches for enterprise applications. Perform advanced exploratory testing and security testing validation. Lead requirement analysis and provide testing estimates for project planning. Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices for the team. Conduct risk assessment and develop risk-based testing strategies. Mentor QA Analysts and Associate QA Analysts Collaborate with architects and senior developers on testability requirements. Lead user acceptance testing coordination and stakeholder communication. Drive test process improvements and quality metrics reporting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 4-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Advanced understanding of SDLC, STLC, and multiple QA methodologies Experience leading testing projects and mentoring team members. Strong expertise in test strategy development and risk assessment Advanced SQL skills and database testing experience Experience with enterprise-level application testing Strong leadership and communication skills Key Skills Expert-level manual testing and exploratory testing techniques Advanced test strategy design and risk-based testing Enterprise application testing and system integration testing Performance testing understanding and coordination with specialists. Security testing basics and vulnerability assessment Advanced database testing and data validation techniques Test process optimization and quality metrics analysis. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Tools Proficiency Required : Advanced Jira administration, qTest, complex SQL, API Tools (ReadyAPI/Postman/Etc.), test management tools Nice to Have: NeoLoad, Tosca (for understanding automation capabilities), security testing tools, performance monitoring tools.
