Задачи: Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments within scope, timeline, and budget; Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management; Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements; Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis; Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations; Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog; Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption; Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions. Требования: 4+ Years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation; Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users; Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects; Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes; Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes; Fluent English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level; Nice to have: Background in Business Analysis or Product Management, proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.
