We're looking for a Scrum Master who keeps projects moving, people aligned, and blockers out of the way.
What you'll do: Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove blockers and keep projects on track through delivery
Work with the Product Owner to keep backlog prioritized
Track progress in JIRA and share clear updates with stakeholders
What we're looking for: 4-5 years of experience, including hands on project delivery
Strong understanding of Scrum & Agile
Has CSM/PSM certification
Working knowledge of JIRA, plus tools like Confluence or Azure DevOps
Work from Office - Pune
