Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to build and optimise processes across engineering teams focused on support and technical improvements. This role is for someone who feels comfortable in a technical environment, can quickly understand how teams operate, analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and introduce structure where it’s needed.RequirementsIT Project Management: 1.5+ years of experience managing projects in IT, with strong project control and execution skills.Project planning and control: ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and changes to ensure predictable delivery.Process design: experience analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing or improving business and team processes.Agile methodologies: solid knowledge of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.Stakeholder management: ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, facilitate meetings, and handle escalations.Tools: hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for project management, documentation, and team collaboration.Ownership and adaptability: proactive and reliable approach, strong decision-making skills, high quality standards, transparency, and ability to stay effective in a changing environment.ResponsibilitiesManage projects end-to-end, ensuring agreed scope and timelines are met and any justified changes or delays are communicated and approved by stakeholders in advance.Maintain project governance and documentation: keep project documentation and JIRA items — epics, stories, tasks, and bugs — complete, structured, and up to date.Coordinate project ceremonies and communication: run kick-offs, regular project syncs, demos, sign-offs, handovers to operations, project closures, and timely escalations when required.Control scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and workload to maintain predictable delivery and proactively communicate capacity or resource constraints.Design and improve team processes: analyse workflows across engineering teams, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to corporate transformation initiatives related to tools, processes, and reporting.Use AI tools where appropriate to improve project management workflows, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day operational efficiency.We offerRemote work within the Cyprus time zone.High salary, performance bonuses, and salary revision.Mon–Fri, 8-hour working day with flexible starting hours.24 days of paid holiday leave.Corporate English lessons.Challenging projects and opportunities for professional growth.A strong team of like-minded professionals.
