Senior IT Analyst – Cards & Payments (f/m/x)

Required skills: AI Tools We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join a large-scale card transformation programme within an international financial organization. The role covers end-to-end analysis across card processes, systems, integrations, data and card portfolios – from discovery and target solution design through development, testing and migration to post-implementation validation. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end analysis across complex card transformation initiatives , Translate business objectives into clear business, functional and non-functional requirements, Own requirements quality and traceability throughout the full delivery lifecycle, Perform current-state, target-state, gap and impact analysis across processes, systems, integrations and data, Facilitate workshops with business, product, architecture, development, testing, operations and migration teams, Contribute to target solution design, considering architecture, security, regulatory requirements and Mastercard/Visa scheme requirements , Define acceptance criteria and support testing, defect clarification and migration readiness, Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks and requirement gaps and provide recommendations, Use AI/GenAI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, refinement and quality reviews. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT / Business / System Analyst , Strong experience within banking and payments , preferably in the cards domain , Experience with card lifecycle, card servicing, card migrations and/or Mastercard/Visa requirements , Experience owning requirements end-to-end – from discovery through implementation and validation , Strong skills in business, functional and non-functional requirements analysis, Experience with gap analysis, impact analysis and target-state analysis , Ability to analyze complex changes involving multiple processes, systems, integrations and data, Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional stakeholders, Very good command of English. Nice to have: Experience with SAFe , Practical use of AI/GenAI tools in analysis, documentation or requirements refinement.
