QA and Customer Success with fluent English

A small AI startup in the US is looking for an independent person to own testing and customer communication. Our products run over SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and web. The main thing: you talk and write with the US leadership, team and clients in English every day. Without that this role will not work. What you will do Test the products by hand on real devices and over time build test automation. Keep release checklists and write bug reports. Answer clients, help users get started and bring their feedback back to the team. We provide a US phone number for testing. How we work You own quality for the products you test. You learn each product, decide what needs testing and when, plan your own work, ask your own questions and bring things to the finish. We give direction and priorities, not a task list. Small team, nobody will hold your hand. Terms Ten to twenty hours a week, more during releases. Start as soon as possible, long term. Remote, with overlap with the US East Coast working day. Fixed monthly pay in USD, contract with a US company. Requirements Fluent spoken and written English (C1 or above). Experience with manual testing of web and mobile or messaging products. Basic test automation skills. Clear and short writing. Your own Android phone with eSIM support. Nice to have Twilio or WhatsApp Business experience. Customer success or support experience in SaaS.
