Senior Principal Test Development Engineer

Position Summary The Senior Principal Test Development Engineer is a recognized technical leader responsible for defining and driving advanced test solutions for PSG's next-generation power semiconductor portfolio, including Silicon (Si), Silicon Carbide (SiC), IGBT, and Gallium Nitride (GaN) technologies. This role provides strategic and technical leadership across wafer sort, die-level test, package final test, and power module test development. The successful candidate will lead the development of robust, cost-effective, and scalable test solutions that support product qualification, manufacturing ramp, yield optimization, and long-term business growth. The position requires deep expertise in power semiconductor testing, mixed-signal product development, statistical data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing teams across multiple global sites.
