Transport Operations Manager (Regional)

Job Overview Lead nationwide transportation operations across Thailand within a leading logistics organization. Drive operational excellence, fleet performance, network optimization, and service reliability while managing both owned fleets and transportation partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end transportation operations across nationwide distribution networks. Oversee fleet performance, route optimization, resource allocation, and delivery execution. Lead transportation partners and subcontractors to ensure service quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Drive KPI achievement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage transportation budgets, operational performance, and network optimization projects. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Provide leadership to transportation teams and foster a high-performance culture. Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of transportation and logistics management experience, preferably within 3PL or large-scale logistics operations. Strong expertise in transportation management, fleet operations, nationwide distribution, and logistics performance improvement. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and transportation networks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills. Experience in KPI management, transportation optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
