Principal Wellness Program Manager

To lead the strategy, development, execution and evaluation of key enterprise wellness programs and initiatives. Partners with leaders across the organization, coordinates work across multiple functions and drives alignment among diverse stakeholders to advance organizational goals. Uses data, insights and outcomes to inform decisions, shape recommendations and continuously improve programs. Works independently to navigate ambiguity. Solves highly complex business challenges with significant operational impact. Provides strategic support across the Wellness portfolio, mentors and develops team members, and serves as a trusted advisor and recognized expert in the wellness field. Experience with Financial Wellness a plus.
