We are looking for a Payment Risk Associate to join our team. Responsibilities: Good knowledge/understanding of the game / betting rules (incl. the terminology what is WL, TK, Regulated Market, API, NGR, GGR, etc.) Examine the customers betting history and payment activity, review their history and provide recommendation on actions to the team lead / take actions accordingly Knowledge of the Payment Providers by regions and how they work Analyze and monitor transactions, risk exposures to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities Assist in ensuring that the company complies with relevant risk management standards / regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk control measures and best practices Investigate risk-related incidents, preparing detailed reports with findings and suggested actions Utilize data analytics tools to track key risk indicators and provide insights for decision-making Support in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies Review and execute the inquiries/tasks assigned Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Basic knowledge of risk assessment, fraud prevention, compliance, or related fields (in the gaming or financial sectors is a plus) Practical experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage) Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies Familiarity with industry regulations, anti-fraud measures, and compliance requirements Ability to work in a team environment Role Benefits: Competitive experience-based salary Coverage for the employee and family health insurance Upskilling and reskilling trainings Social events, corporate parties 4 day offs in a year Transportation Work Format: Onsite Working hours / Schedule : Rotating shifts: morning (10:00–18:00) and evening (18:00–02:00) Work location / Address: Caucasus Complex, 122 Gevorg Chaush St. (adjacent to the "Vahakni" residential community, near the Ashtarak highway).
