Back-End Engineer

Pocket Concierge (a subsidiary of American Express) is based in Kamiyacho, Tokyo, and provides booking options at some of the best restaurants that Japan has to offer. Since being acquired by American Express, many of our initiatives have been in pursuit of providing additional benefit to our cardmembers. Our engineering team is small but looking to grow as we expand the offerings through our product. We work primarily in English but are a mix of Japanese and English native speakers. Our team has a hybrid working style, with time split between remote and days at the Kamiyacho office.
