Sr. Support Analyst

Key Areas of Responsibilities Application support of Wealth Management and Brokerage business for both Hong Kong and Singapore office Ensure software quality and smooth operations Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test Prepare technical documentation Business analysis and project management Collect user requirement, perform analysis and propose solution Liaise with vendor and in-house development team to implement IT solutions Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s) Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Brokerage or Wealth Management Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement system of securities, futures and Options, bonds, mutual funds and structure products Hands-on experience with Internet trading and Mobile trading system support Experience in SQL Knowledge in SAS is an advantage Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision Good analytical and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
