For our Client, we are looking for: TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE The candidate will drive all commercial and technical activities to ensure revenue growth and market development while maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a market leader's success and take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Manage and improve sales and profitability. Expand the client base in residential and civil engineering markets. Train and support applicators on Sika systems and products. Ensure the proper use and offer technical support for products in the territory. Plan and execute daily customer visits efficiently. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction. Conduct technical trainings for applicators, customers, engineers, and architects. Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels and timely re-orders. Collaborate with customers to coordinate activities, ensuring smooth product distribution. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering. Experience : 2-3 years in sales within the construction industry with a proven track record of success. Skills : Fluent in English and the local language. Proficiency in MS Office tools. A valid drivers license. Personal Attributes : Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated.
