This role involves managing and coordinating efforts across multiple departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment throughout the organization. As a key driver of this transversal initiative, you will play a vital role in delivering results that shape the success of our company. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; Makes sure the requirements are properly documented; Works closely with the developers and makes sure the requirements, priorities and estimations are properly understood and agreed across the team; Ensure resource availability and allocation; Have extensive customer contact during the project execution and build up a good relation with the customer; Implement and lead a project plan based on Agile methodology; Develop a detailed project plan to track progress; Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; Report and escalate to management as needed; Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, scheduling and change management processes; Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Lead meetings and manage project documentation.
