Business Development Manager — Remedial & Maintenance Freyssinet Australia | Mackay, QLD | Part-Time Freyssinet Australia is a specialist civil engineering and remediation company delivering repair, strengthening and protection works across critical infrastructure and mining assets nationwide. We're looking for a Business Development Manager based in Mackay to build our presence and relationships across the region's remedial and maintenance sector, on a part-time basis. About the Role This role is about being our person on the ground in Mackay, building genuine relationships with mining operators, site owners, engineers and maintenance teams, and identifying opportunities for Freyssinet's remedial and maintenance services. It suits someone well-connected in the Mackay mining and industrial network who wants flexible, part-time work with real influence over how it's shaped. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with mining companies, site operators and key decision-makers across the Mackay region Identify and develop new business opportunities in remedial and maintenance works Represent Freyssinet at local industry events, site visits and client meetings Work closely with the national Remedial team to convert relationships into project opportunities Provide market intelligence and feedback on regional demand and competitor activity Support tender and proposal processes where opportunities arise About You Existing network or strong familiarity with the Mackay mining and resources sector Experience in business development, account management or client relations, ideally within construction, engineering, mining services or maintenance Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, relationship-focused role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Understanding of remedial, civil or structural maintenance work highly regarded (not essential) Based in or near Mackay, QLD What We Offer Flexible, part-time arrangement built around your availability Autonomy to shape how you build the Mackay network Backing of a specialist, ISO-certified national engineering business Competitive part-time remuneration Interested in bringing your Mackay network to a specialist national engineering business?
