Financial Controller A global manufacturing company which listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Finance professional to support consolidate Financial Accounting & Tax Reporting. What you'll be doing Oversee treasury management activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards in Asia and review financial records for entities in Hong Kong, Macau, and China Support the consolidation of group accounts and ensure financial statements and footnotes comply with local regulations Lead the Group Audit process and coordinate with external auditors to manage audits and effectively implement their recommendations Assist with transfer pricing and tax filing compliance Support the management of operational expenses Participate in investment and M&A due diligence, management discussions and analysis (MD&A), and assist the financing team Implement group internal control measures Conduct in-depth analyses to deliver actionable insights for informed business decisions Coordinate and engage in the companys budgeting and forecasting processes Manage cash flow effectively Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team in daily operations, promoting professional development and adherence to internal policies Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Accouting, Finance or relevant disciplines Qualified Accountant with 8 years or above of post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar role Extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and management within the manufacturing industry is preferable Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving Interested parties please send your resume in word format with current & expected salary and notice period to vivian@hkjobc.com.
