Задачи: Support the State Director and Associate Director with office projects and initiatives; Address requests and inquiries and resolve concerns according to provided guidelines; Organize, track, and coordinate outreach and external relations with community members, stakeholders, and partners; Provide logistical support to organizers and working groups; Develop reporting and meeting structures for project teams; Implement recurring inclusive and equitable processes and recommend process improvements; Perform other duties within the scope of the position.
Требования: At least 3 years of project management experience; High School Diploma or GED; Understanding of and commitment to SPLC's mission, vision, and values; Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region projects; Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust with stakeholders; Strong communication, organizational, execution, and problem-solving skills.
Условия: Minimum starting salary is $69,702 ($33.51 per hour) annually; salary is commensurate with experience; Employees must reside and be physically present during work hours in the State of Georgia; The role is non-exempt; The position is represented by the Washington-Baltimore News Guild; Benefits are available to SPLC staff.
