Senior It Project Manager – Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation Hybrid work – 3 days per week from the office Work locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program Daily tasks: - Lead IT transformation and integration projects from initiation through delivery and closure - Own the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder management - Independently manage projects as the sole Project Manager - Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, depending on project requirements - Apply structured Waterfall governance, including project phases, documentation, change control and decision-making processes - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate - Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Business functions - Ensure project delivery is aligned with cybersecurity, compliance and internal governance requirements - Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies - Provide clear project reporting, status updates and decision support to senior stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in complex enterprise environments Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end IT projects as the sole Project Manager Strong hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies Experience in IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud or integration projects Strong project management skills across planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, dependencies and reporting Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, security and business areas Good understanding of Microsoft Azure environments, cloud architecture and cloud transformation initiatives Good understanding of cybersecurity domains, including network security, firewalls and proxies, DLP, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and security monitoring PMI certification – PMP preferred; CAPM also considered Nice to have: Experience working within the financial or banking sector Previous experience with cloud security, cybersecurity transformation or regulatory-driven IT programmes Must have: Cloud, Cybersecurity, Stakeholder management, Project management, Security, Microsoft Azure, Network Security, DLP, IAM, PMI, PMP Nice to have: Cloud security
