Senior Building Services Engineer

Company Sector: Main Contractor Reward Condition: Probation Pass Referrer Award: HKD 10,000 OR Applicant Award: HKD 4,000 Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination. Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors/suppliers and government department. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry Professional qualification of MHKIE will be an advantage Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Holder of Safety Green Card is required
