Job Title: UI/UX Designer Innovation Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Number of Vacancies: One Key Responsibilities User Research & Insight Development Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand donor motivations and behaviors Develop detailed personas and journey maps that inform design direction Identify key pain points and engagement opportunities through data and insights Translate findings into actionable design solutions User Experience Design Develop UX strategies that align with the organization's digital goals Design clear and accessible user flows, wireframes, and navigation systems Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are built into every interaction Prioritize simplicity, clarity, and emotional resonance in every donor journey Interface Design Create clean, responsive, and mission-driven UI designs Design interfaces that visually communicate impact and foster connection Ensure functionality across mobile and desktop platforms Balance user needs, aesthetics, and performance Prototype Development & Testing Build interactive prototypes to visualize and test user flows Conduct usability testing and gather real-time feedback Iterate and improve designs based on user data Present findings and collaborate on refinements with cross-functional teams Design System Management Develop and manage a consistent design system across products Create reusable components and standardized design patterns Document and share design guidelines across the organization Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with product specialists to translate ideas into user-friendly experiences Collaborate closely with developers to align on technical feasibility Work with content teams to enhance storytelling through design Participate actively in agile ceremonies and innovation planning sessions Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations Strong portfolio highlighting user-centered design and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software Proven ability to conduct research and usability testing independently Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design Clear and confident communication skills to articulate design decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience designing donation or fundraising platforms Knowledge of behavioral psychology related to donor engagement Experience managing design systems and documentation Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Understanding of data visualization and information design Exposure to human-centered or service design methodologies Previous work in social impact, nonprofit, or charitable sectors Key Competencies Strong visual design sensibility grounded in usability Empathy for users and commitment to solving real-world problems Critical thinking and structured approach to design challenges Ability to distill complexity into simple, intuitive interfaces Team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills Detail-oriented with strong organization and execution focus Passion for using design to create meaningful social change Creative yet pragmatic mindset balancing vision with feasibility Why Apply?
