Has worked in and is familiar with the following administrative processes: Recruitment Cessation Industrial Relations Foreign worker processing + relations Payroll processing Monthly reporting Has spent a majority of their career specialising in the field of T&D / Human Capital Development Participated in or has driven policy direction within their business Well-versed with the current technology in T&D / Human Capital Development Well-versed with the current practices in T&D / Human Capital Development Well-versed with Leadership quality frameworks, e.g. Hogan Leadership framework Strong network of qualified training partners in the areas of leadership competencies  Expectations: To provide leadership, direction and management of the existing HR Administrative functions and team To work with Group leadership on a strategic road map for Human Capital Development To design and implement a Human Capital Development framework premised on only hiring from the bottom To hire the right talents/team to achieve the strategic objective To drive the HCD framework into the organization
