Job Description To provide expert IT guidance and support in designing, developing, testing, and documenting new and enhanced applications and systems in alignment with established programming standards and frameworks. Translate functional specifications into logical and technical designs, and develop high-quality, scalable code for medium to large-scale applications. Are you someone who can: Analyze, design, code, test, and implement complex enhancements and new modules in RPG (ILE / Free-Format) Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications on the IBM i-platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure) to gather and understand system requirements Mentor developers and provide technical leadership Document technical specifications and system changes Support users and resolve production issues in a timely manner Contribute to modernization initiatives including web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and integration with modern platforms You will be an ideal candidate if you have: 7+ years of RPG development on IBM i Strong knowledge of RPG IV, RPGLE, Free-Format RPG, and DDS Proficient with DB2 for i and SQL on the IBM i platform Solid understanding of the IBM i operating system and architecture Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with source-control / change-management tools (e.g. ARCAD) Experience using VS Code Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging Working Opportunities to innovate We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it Are you interested to take the step?
