Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. At least 2 years of experience in a lead or managerial role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to achieve high performance and quality standards. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing scope. Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables and project milestones. Conduct regular reviews and audits of QA processes and documentation. Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality. Advocate for quality assurance best practices within the organization.
