Through its Global Risk Platform, KRM22 helps capital market companies reduce the cost and complexity of risk management by providing applications to help address firm’s trading and corporate risk challenges to manage their entire enterprise risk portfolio. About the Role We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team to be responsible for maintaining and evolving our Terraform configurations, managing AWS resources and supporting our Lambda functions and export scripts. The time requirements for the role will be broadly aligned to East coast US working hours. Whilst our office is based in Prague, this is a hybrid role in recognition of the US time zone requirement. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and its projection to company’s deployment processes through GitOps standards Improve system reliability via automation, release hardening Maintain and optimise Terraform files for infrastructure provisioning Manage AWS resources , including VPCs , NLBs and Auto Scaling Groups (ASGs) Support and enhance server-less functions (e.g. AWS Lambdas) and data export scripts Participate in on-call rotations or weekend work as needed (with prior communication) Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across environments Enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and willingness to help others The ideal candidate Essential: Strong experience with Terraform and AWS services Solid understanding of VPC, NLB and ASG configurations Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash or similar) Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and debugging Desirable: Familiarity with Python and/or Rust Experience with Lua scripting Experience working within FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments Package Competitive compensation package Employer pension contributions Flexible work arrangements Five weeks annual vacation Ability to work on impactful risk management solutions used by global capital market firms Supportive and collaborative team culture focused on learning and innovation
