Responsibilities Advise in potential redesign if UI Architecture Enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications Improve user adoption and satisfaction through well-designed, intuitive interfaces Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation via user-centered design Allow backend engineers to remain focused on core platform and integration work SKILLS Must have Minimum 5+ years hands-on application development experience using React Experience Advising on UI Architecture Redesign Hands-On Experience with automated testing Hands-On Experience with backend integration Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab) Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback Excellent communication skills Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering Nice to have N/A
