Software Engineer for Regulatory-Compliant On-Chain Financial Infrastructure

You will design and implement an on-chain financial platform that can operate under Japanese financial regulations. You will translate legal and business requirements into system requirements, data models, access controls, and token rules. You will design smart contracts, ledger reconciliation, settlement workflows, custody controls, cloud resilience, audit logging, and compliance documentation. You will also work with financial institutions and external partners to maintain architectural consistency and quality.
