The successful candidate will join the Marketing, Promotions, and Partnerships Team for a large shopping mall in Hong Kong. They will report directly to the Department Head and join a team of 6-8 professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Drive marketing partnerships and licensing income to support sales initiatives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance collaboration and brand visibility. Oversee P&L management related to marketing and partnership activities. Develop and implement branding strategies that align with corporate objectives. Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies and action plans. Organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities. Implement public relations strategies, including media relations and community engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and partnership development in large corporations. Candidates with a background from an agency are encouraged to apply. A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and partnership growth. Strong background in the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries. Excellent interpersonal communication and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
