Описание: HomeServe Finance develops consumer finance products, lending platforms and technology that help homeowners improve energy efficiency and make homes across Europe more sustainable. Задачи: Design, build and operate backend systems and APIs; Own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and ongoing improvement; Contribute to architecture and technical direction across a European platform; Integrate with payment providers, credit bureaus, KYC/AML services and funding partners; Help shape engineering standards, best practices and AI-assisted development; Mentor colleagues and raise the bar across the engineering team. Требования: Strong Python and Django experience or a comparable framework; Experience designing and building scalable backend services and REST APIs; Solid PostgreSQL expertise and AWS experience; Experience working within complex or regulated environments; A collaborative approach with strong technical problem-solving skills; Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar; Nice to have: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools.
