Its products provide compliant, scalable access to decentralized financial services powered by Bitcoin. Задачи: Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery; Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing; Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions; Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile; Create and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy; Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system; Design and produce print materials such as brochures and event assets to support business and marketing initiatives; Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams; Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints; Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance. Требования: 7+ Years of experience in product design (UX/UI); Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences, not just visuals; Proven expertise in UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving; High level of UI craft and visual execution; Strong experience working with and scaling design systems; Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically; Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams; Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment; Fluent English (spoken and written); Nice to have: experience in Web3 and crypto, motion design including video creation, illustration or custom visual asset creation, basic understanding of front-end development, experience in fast-paced startup environments.
