AI Engineer

About Us Servis Plus Global ([компания]) is a UK-based technology company delivering advanced solutions in artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, autonomous systems, and enterprise software. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our remote engineering team and contribute to AI-powered industrial safety, intelligent video analytics, and autonomous monitoring projects for our Saudi Arabia operations. We are particularly interested in engineers who can take AI models beyond experimentation and successfully deploy them into real-world applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, train, and optimize AI and deep learning models. - Develop computer vision solutions for object detection, tracking, classification, and activity recognition. - Build AI-powered video analytics applications for real-time monitoring. - Develop detection algorithms for PPE compliance, unsafe behaviors, restricted-area intrusion, and industrial safety scenarios. - Work with video streams from CCTV, IP cameras, drones, and robotic platforms. - Optimize AI models for real-time inference on edge devices, including NVIDIA Jetson. - Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and monitoring dashboards. - Improve model accuracy, reduce false positives, and optimize inference performance. - Prepare datasets, manage annotation workflows, and evaluate model performance. - Collaborate with robotics, backend, and software engineering teams. Requirements - 3+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. - Practical experience with YOLO or similar object detection architectures. - Strong knowledge of OpenCV and image/video processing. - Experience with object detection, tracking, and model evaluation. - Understanding of deep learning architectures, training, fine-tuning, and optimization. - Experience deploying AI models into production environments. - Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Git. - Ability to independently troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines. - Good English communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX, or CUDA. - Knowledge of RTSP streams, GStreamer, or DeepStream SDK. - Experience with multi-camera video analytics systems. - Experience with pose estimation, action recognition, or anomaly detection. - Familiarity with robotics and autonomous systems. - Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure and MLOps. - Knowledge of model quantization, pruning, and edge deployment.
