Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you’ll step into an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Savings Product team within the wider Group Retail Products function. You’ll play a central role in shaping and managing savings products that help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional value. With proven product management experience gained within the banking industry, ideally managing savings or other financial products, you’ll bring the expertise needed to drive meaningful impact from day one. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from developing new propositions and bringing them to market through to monitoring performance and ensuring consistently positive customer outcomes. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to influence decisions, collaborate effectively across the business, and champion great customer outcomes. You’ll also play a key part in driving trading performance and leading initiatives that support the continued growth of our savings book.
