This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing hunters, and delivering consistent revenue growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving the company's commercial strategy, supporting the team with leadership and guidance, and bringing in new opportunities through their own network and expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals (hunters) to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share across sea, air, and land freight solutions. Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Support team members in client acquisition, pricing negotiations, and account management. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to the team. Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Contribute to market intelligence by identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or leadership role within the freight or logistics sector. Proven track record in leading hunting sales teams and achieving sales targets. Strong network or portfolio of existing clients is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to inspire and drive performance in a results-oriented environment. Fluent in Thai and professional level English preferred.
