Network Engineer GIOC

You will provide first-line network operations coverage from the GIOC. You will monitor routing, DNS, CDN, connectivity, link health, latency, and packet loss; acknowledge and classify incidents; execute Tier 1 runbooks; and escalate unresolved issues with complete evidence. You will maintain incident records and shift handoffs, communicate status, support major incidents, and improve runbooks and alert quality on a rotational 24x7 schedule.
