This role is ideal for a passionate designer who can lead visual execution, think creatively across digital channels, and deliver high-quality designs that drive impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital platforms (paid ads, social media, websites, email, and branding) Translate briefs and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts Collaborate closely with marketing, paid media, and content teams Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries Review and refine designs, ensuring high quality and attention to detail Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance when needed Qualifications & Experience Experience 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital or agency environment Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, marketing, and brand design work Proven experience leading or managing a design team or mentoring junior designers Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video skills are a plus Strong understanding of digital-first design and performance creatives Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Ready to Take Your Career to New Heights?
