Recruitment Team Lead

Hey there! 👋 We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join a global AI-native programmatic marketing consultancy. If you enjoy building strong teams, improving recruitment processes, and being hands-on with challenging roles , this could be a great fit. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 recruiters Support their growth through 1:1s, feedback, and development plans Improve recruitment processes and introduce new tools Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy Stay hands-on with 2–3 complex roles per quarter What we’re looking for: 5+ years of recruiting/team leadership experience Experience managing 5+ people Strong recruitment and process optimisation skills Strategic mindset and good business understanding Confident communication with senior stakeholders English C1+ 🌍 Location: Worldwide / Remote 🕐 Working hours: 12:00–20:00 European time
