We’re looking for a commercially driven Lead Advisory Manager to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. Key Responsibilities Working with Partners and Directors to lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion Have the ability to lead certain transactions with partner/director oversight Build strong relationships with clients, working predominantly on sell side transactions, with private equity exposure Prepare information memoranda and review junior work on information memoranda Manage the full due diligence process and begin to contribute to commercial / legal negotiation points Prepare pitch documents and contribute to pitch meetings Support the team’s ongoing growth, including beginning to identify relevant business opportunities Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance and the wider firm and group Manage junior resource, including assisting in their development, managing workflow and reviewing work Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis Prepare financial valuations and returns analysis Have started to build a network of professional contacts Skills, Knowledge & Expertise ACA or ACCA or CFQ qualification (or equivalent), ideally with first time passes Strong financial analysis and Excel / PowerPoint skills Confident in presenting and articulating findings Several years’ experience in a lead advisory role and completed deals in the £5m to £50m EV range Belong @ Sumer At Sumer, we know everyone’s journey is different.
