Senior Project Manager (Submarine Cable)

Key Responsibilities: · Tracking industry trends in international capacity market, regulation and compliance, and subsea technology · Identifying requirements of subsea resource purchase and new builds, analyzing the opportunities of business cooperation on existing and new cable project · Collaborating with internal parties to complete new project evaluation and approval procedures, etc. · Participating and leading new subsea projects, expansion projects and CLS construction, etc. · Collaborating with internal and external parties to acquire subsea permits, conduct project acceptance and support the audit process. Requirements: · At least 6 years experience in subsea cable planning, designing and construction · Strong logic thinking and problem solving abilities · Excellent English writing and verbal communication capabilities · Good cross-cultural and multi-parties communications skills · Good project and program management capabilities · Selfdriven and adaptable to short term high stress work · Easy to accommodate time difference during short time traveling
