Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and bulk hiring cycles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently and accurately. Coordinate interviews, assessment drives, and hiring campaigns. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. Requirements Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or fast-paced industries. Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets within deadlines. Experience handling entry-level or batch recruitment processes. Strong screening, interviewing, and evaluation skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
