As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will: Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users
Manage organization user accounts, network equipment and servers.
Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance
Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
Support in automating workflow by scripting
Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology
Skills required:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related discipline
You have 1-2 years experience in IT industry, fresh graduates are also welcome
You are passionate about learning new technology
You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration, troubleshooting, network device and hardware
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
