Technical Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements . Perform process and workflow mapping . Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications . Define API and system integration requirements . Work closely with development and QA teams throughout delivery. Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders. Requirements Strong experience as a Technical BA in enterprise application projects. Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SDLC . Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills. Mandarin/Chinese speaking is required . Experience with ServiceNow requirements analysis is a plus.
