Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company: Geely Auto International – Europe Business Unit Base Location: Paris / Madrid / Frankfurt / Budapest Working Model: On-site, 5 days per week About the Role As our European business continues to grow, we are hiring multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists. Successful candidates will be permanently based in Paris, Madrid, Frankfurt or Budapest, primarily supporting recruitment in their base market while also supporting other European markets when needed. The role supports Geely’s multi-brand operations in Europe, including Geely and Zeekr, and may require short-term business travel within Europe. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets; Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies; Source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, recruitment platforms and professional networks; Manage screening, interview coordination, candidate pipelines and offer-related activities; Build and maintain talent pools for priority roles; Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams across countries and brands; Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable local laws, company policies and data protection requirements. Requirements Relevant experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, executive search or HR; Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders; Fluent English as a working language; Strong communication, adaptability, learning agility and problem-solving skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment; Willingness to travel within Europe, with some trips potentially lasting up to approximately 2–3 weeks; Ability to work on-site five days per week; Legal right to work in the selected base country. Preferred French, Spanish, German, Hungarian or Dutch language capability; Chinese language capability; Cross-border European recruitment experience; Experience in automotive, technology, mobility or other international industries; Direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
