Credit controller and Capex Specialist

    Main responsibilities: Maintain close liaison with customer service/sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly and on a timely manner; Checking customer's credit situation and follow up that debts are paid in a timely manner; Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies; Respond promptly and completely to both customer and internal enquiries; Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management; Communication with insurance companies and preparation of the requested reports; Gather data required for reporting on investment progress vs budget, review and reconcile such to ensure its validity and accuracy, and provide required reporting in a timely manner including variance analysis; Ensure proper documentation of any changes to scope or budget; Ensure proper approvals are in place before any investment decisions including change management processes; Maintain up-to date monthly capital expenditure report including year to date, rest of year and project Estimate to complete; Work very close with Asset delivery team on Finance related tasks i.e. reporting, forecasts, payment execution etc.; Review the capitalization of fixed assets together with the accounting team; Review supplier invoices related to project and ensure proper approvals are in place from the Asset delivery team; Full understanding of project contracts and ensure adherence to contract deliverables, milestones, scope and control over financial impact accordingly; Monthly payment schedule/investment cash flow compared to initial investment plan; Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met as required; General Requirements: University Degree in Accounting or Finance; +1 year of experience on similar position Working level of written and spoken English; Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems would be considered an advantage; Collaborative and team-oriented attitude; The Company Offers: Competitive remuneration package and bonuses; Continuous training; Opportunities for development in a dynamic and growing international group; Opportunity to observe best practices and further develop your professional expertise; Rewarding and motivating working conditions;
