About the Company We are a regulated, fast-growing bank based in Lithuania with a strong focus on digital innovation, SME financing, and modern consumer financial services. Having built a solid financial and technical foundation, we are entering our next growth phase and seeking a visionary, growth-minded Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our overall product strategy and build world-class digital financial products. The Role As CPO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution across all digital banking channels. You will bridge market opportunities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to build high-impact financial products that scale. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for retail and business banking, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product, UX/UI, and product analytics teams. Customer Experience: Drive user-centric product design, optimizing conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and customer engagement. Commercial Impact: Align product development with revenue targets, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition/retention metrics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver compliant, scalable, and market-leading products. Market & Regulatory Alignment: Monitor European fintech trends, regulatory changes (PSD2/3, open banking, AML), and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities. What We Are Looking For Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in product leadership roles within Fintech, Digital Banking, or High-Growth Financial Services . Fintech & Banking Expertise: Deep understanding of digital lending, payments, deposits, core banking systems, or open banking platforms. Leadership & Execution: Strong track record of launching successful digital products from concept to scale while building and leading multidisciplinary teams. Data-Driven & User-Centric Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills combined with a strong empathy for end-user experience. Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of EU financial market regulations and compliance frameworks. Languages: Fluent in English (Lithuanian is a strong advantage).
