SAP Project Manager

Daily tasks: - Collaborate with sales teams in the presales phase, contributing project insights and supporting client demos and presentations. - Define and document project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and reporting mechanisms. - Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors or consultants. - Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget project delivery aligned with customer requirements. - Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet business standards. - Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive sponsors regularly. Requirements Proven experience in managing SAP projects, including end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support transitions. Strong knowledge of SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, or SAP Business One (SAP B1). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical, functional, and business units. Fluent English (B2+ level) for professional communication across global teams. Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management at all levels. Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and resolve project issues. Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Solid understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth ERP adoption. Additional requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, Prince2). German language skills (B1 or higher) would be a strong plus.
