Finance Manager

Finance Manager (Listed Compan y ) A global manufacturing company which listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Finance professional to support consolidate Financial Accounting & Tax Reporting. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of finance & accounting department, including equity and debt financing, handling payments, and reviewing journal entries Prepare month-end management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements and footnotes to ensure in compliance with local regulatory requirements Prepare treasury report of the Group Prepare transfer schedule of the Group and review the documentation on transfer pricing and ta pricing x positions for tax reporting and compliance purposes Monitor cash flow conditions and time deposit Coordinate and participate in budget and/or forecast for the Company Liaise with external audits, tax authorities, and other professionals Analyze, report and review regularly on business performance to Management and Departments Regular update accounting policies and service agreements Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Requirements: Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred At least 5 years professional experience in finance/accounting, with experience in manufacturing industry in a HK listed company would be an advantage Working experience in reputable international audit firm (e.g. Big 4) is an advantage Self-motivated, committed and detail-minded Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic working environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using MS Office Applications Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Interested parties please send your resume in word format with current & expected salary and notice period to vivian@hkjobc.com.
