Junior UX Designer

Position: Junior UX Designer Job Description: Must-Have Skills 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience Strong hands-on expertise in Figma - mandatory Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling Comfortable designing professional customer presentations Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment Good to Have Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX Experience using AI-assisted design or image-generation tools Understanding of design systems and component-based application development Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React or Angular would be an advantage What We Are Looking For Someone who is: Creative but practical Curious about new technology Comfortable with ambiguity Open to feedback Quick to learn Flexible across UX and presentation design Able to convert complex ideas into simple visual experiences Education Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related discipline.
