As a pivotal member, you'll have the chance to engage with diverse technologies, with the potential to delve into the realms of Erlang and Elixir, welcoming individuals keen on learning. Responsibilities: Craft, develop, and sustain resilient and scalable backend infrastructures utilizing established languages and frameworks. Deliver clean, comprehensible, and well-documented code in adherence to industry best practices. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Actively participate in code evaluations, offering constructive insights to enhance code quality. Keep abreast of the latest backend technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our systems. Formulate and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code integrity and operational functionality. Investigate and resolve intricate issues in live production systems. Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in a backend programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar (Preferred: 3 - 7+ years). Solid grasp of software development fundamentals including OOP principles and design patterns. Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). Exposure to API development is advantageous. Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line utilities . Exceptional problem-solving and debugging aptitude. Effective communication and collaboration capabilities. Ability to thrive both autonomously and within a team environment. Bonus Points: Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Huawei, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with DevOps methodologies. Eagerness to explore and learn new programming languages, particularly functional paradigms like Erlang or Elixir.
